But here is my true & confusing story...


At the age of 8, I was "diagnosed" as a mixed bipolar, at the age of 14 I stopped using my medications, & try to understand my "illness". By the time I reach 18, I was sure I must be bipolar because of my sudden mood changes, and the lack of control of them. I been struggling with them ever since, refusing to use the drugs and trying to find a way to control it. A month ago, a cousin of mine did a psychologist evaluation, and told me my symptoms didn't actually fit in a bipolar diagnosed, that that most be the reason why I didn't have done anything "out of control" with out taking medications.

Yesterday, Nov 13. 2013, after talking to another cousin of mine I got the feeling that I was an Empath. & I know, if I didn't have my religious beliefs maybe I been thinking, WTH??? Are you for real??? I been researching, and doing a couple of evaluations here on the web, taking different test on website, reading on another empaths blog, and everything has pointed out that I am. So here is to finding it out the true. And learning what I really am.

Being an empath, would really explain a lot, but being honest its not something as easy to share as I'm bipolar. People will think I'm crazier than before. So that why I'am doing this blog. I'm planning on posting everything I find out through the days, I will like to share the tools I find and the blogs & sites that will help me.

So welcome to my new corner in the world were I will post my most intensive thoughts & experiences. Plus I will try for this to be a place were other people that are passing through something similar can relate. Don't be shy to ask, to share and even to correct me. We are here to learn.
